Just like this tiny little hummingbird tries to get the best out of the sunflower, I always try to get out the best make-up products from the industry.

A few weeks ago I purchased a bunch of products from zuii organics (http://www.zuiiorganic.com/) hoping to find a natural and skin friendly make-up.

The first thing I tried was a velvet set box including a lipstick, a lip gloss and black mascara.

The box was a special offer from a shop, so everything became alittle bit cheaper for me as if I had to buy all three items seperately.

I am chuffed with the lipstick and the gloss (both very nice colour and they last quite a bit!), but the mascara let me down a bit.

I know that one cannot exspect a mascara like any other when it comes to "natural" ones, but I did really not expect to see nothing at all of it on my lashes!
It literally looked like I woke up and didn't put any make-up on... not to mention the fact that the skin beneath my lashes was covered with the black colour which had fallen of my lashes (I know this sounds weird...)

To sum things up: I really can't recommend the mascara...

 But we're not finished yet with all the products! :)

 The foundation I bought is called "Light rose". It was a really difficult decision, because you can't find a proper colour chart of the foundation ANYWHERE! So I thought it would be better to have a light foundation (and look like a ghost ;P) than too look like somebody who's overtanned...

The smell is quite acceptable, but it doesn't stay liquid on your skin for very long (or my skin is just weirdly sokin' up the foundation?!) So you gotta be quick when it comes to creating an even tone everywhere.

The powder I pruchased is called "ivory" and I think it's worth the money. The only suggestion I had was that one should be given advise or at least a proper colour chart to find a matching powder for each foundation!
